PLEASE NOTE: DUE to current state we DO NOT offer ANY REFUNDS. Please read before buying any items from our website.  

* * Personalised and custom made orders are NON REFUNDABLE even if its delivered after your due date. If you order late you take the risk on yourself, while we will try our best to deliver before your urgent due date there is always a chance that something can go wrong with our suppliers/courier! We cannot be held liable for any delays beyond our control such as courier delays, courier vehicle accidents, extreme weather resulting in delays etc.

Custom Made: All our personalised tutu sets are custom made just for you. We do not stock ready made tutus. These items are based on the options and size you choose and cannot be returned. It is solely your responsibility to know your child’s weight and take accurate measurements of your child.

Please measure and choose sizing thoroughly as these are custom and CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. We will not acknowledge unauthorized returns. No exceptions.

Please note that some shades of colour and fabric might be different to what is displayed on your device or computer screen as all computer screens have different colour calibrations. Babas World will always endeavour to giving you the correct colour but cannot be held liable for slight variations in garment/print/thread colour.
